St. Mary of the Springs Church seeks a parish secretary to perform administrative and receptionist duties that include preparing correspondence and weekly bulletin, maintaining sacramental records and parish files, managing parish and pastor calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing and distributing schedules, and compiling information weekly for the Liturgy.  Position scheduled for 24-25 hours per week, offers benefits and paid time off and requires practicing Catholic with strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.  To apply, e-mail a resume and cover letter to Fr.
